Our Services in Action

A lawsuit against a Developer where we successfully argued that the developer did not have standing to file an appeal against an Association.

A Community Association in which we successfully added another subdivision to the Master Association, so that fees were lowered for all the unit owners.

A Housing Code violation case against a Community Association where we successfully argued that the Association did not violate certain housing codes in that particular city.

A Foreclosure Complaint was filed against a non-paying member, and the Association recovered all Association fees owed for the past two years.

A Builder was responsible for repairs to common elements of an Association, because of construction defects, specifically pertaining to foundation issues.

Successfully argued that a parcel of land owned by the Association, actually had a value of $0. As a result, the Association no longer had to pay taxes on the parcel.
